Essential operation
The basic session and security functions that let the site work. You can browse without an account or personalization.
Personalization
If you allow it, Scottie uses a pseudonymous session to remember searches, saves, and vehicle views. You can turn this off in your account. Declining leaves browsing available.
Sales contact
A dealership receives your name and contact details only when you submit a vehicle-specific request with a clear consent checkbox. A global preference alone never creates a lead.
Seller insights
Verified sellers can see privacy-safe aggregate demand from their local area. They cannot query an individual’s browsing history or contact anonymous visitors.
AI preparation for an advisor
Only if you separately opt in on a vehicle request, your approved brief and dealer vehicle facts may be sent to our AI provider to suggest questions and next steps for the assigned advisor. Contact fields are excluded. The advisor reviews suggestions before using them.
Seller analytics
Sellers can separately allow product usage analytics for seller tools. Lead contact details are not sent to product analytics.
